This program is a transformational discipleship and leadership development experience designed to equip men to lead with biblical strength, integrity, wisdom, and purpose. Through practical teaching, mentorship, accountability, and real-life application, participants are challenged to become doers of the Word by applying biblical principles to every area of life—including faith, family, leadership, stewardship, service, personal discipline, and community impact. The program focuses on building strong character through brotherhood, responsibility, correction, and spiritual growth. Participants learn the importance of faithful stewardship in both small and great responsibilities, while developing the habits, mindset, and discipline necessary to lead effectively at home, in the church, and within their communities. Centered on the principle that “iron sharpens iron,” the program fosters authentic relationships that encourage growth, accountability, mentorship, and encouragement among men. Through biblical instruction and hands-on development, participants are challenged to reject passivity, embrace responsibility, strengthen their families, serve others with humility, and pursue excellence in every calling God has placed on their lives. The goal of the program is to develop spiritually grounded, courageous, servant-hearted men who lead by example, influence others positively, and leave a lasting legacy rooted in faith, integrity, and Kingdom purpose.
